The club is currently open for singles, doubles and individual coaching.
Social distancing should be maintained at all times and public health guidelines for hygiene must be followed. The clubhouse remains officially closed, although the toilets and changing rooms may be used. The first aid kit and defibrillator can be accessed if necessary.

When COVID-19 allows, social tennis (doubles) is at the heart of West Heath. During the summer months, social tennis is in force between 3pm – 6pm at the weekend. The four players who have waited the longest form the next pairings.
Afternoon tea is a West Heath tradition; Lesley organises the rota and members sign up to provide an afternoon tea from about 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
When not in use for social tennis, matches or coaching, the courts may be used for both singles and doubles. The grass courts can only be played on between certain hours, and when they are dry.
The summer tournament is the highlight of the year. Alongside Finals Week, we host Gourmet Suppers as well as the Finals Day Tea and evening BBQ.

In fairer times, the Club organises various half-day tournaments throughout the year.
